I want to run lots of virtual instruments (some piano plugins I use are 250gb monsters) and i've been told having the 400gb memory bandwidth is advantageous running big virtual instruments but I have no idea whether it's really needed and the pro would be sufficient?

I have an early 2015 13” MacBook Pro and it’s on the Apple supported list. I tried multiple times without success (a Google search shows others having same issue). Finally I decided to wait a few days, delete the previous download, and re-download (so glad I have a fast fiber optic connection).
